Excellent receptionist, and great doctor. I am grateful for Eastcote Dentist. I called over 50 clinics in last 48hours, my 6 years old daughter was in pain and I was disparate for an emergency appointment, the only dentist clinic with human heart was Eastcote Dentist. although they were fully booked, but Andrea in the reception and Dr. Patel made time in their busy schedule so see my daughter and treat her with a warm smile and best service I have ever seen, Dr. Patel, took time to explain the issue, he is an amazing dentist. he made my child feel comfortable and made the whole process of having tooth filing "pleasant". One of the best dental practices I ever visited! Feedback and response are prompt - this is what a customer expects. Everyone was so friendly, approachable and all in all very professional. I also felt safe and comfortable with their outstanding level of cleanliness and caution, especially with concerns of COVID-19 spread. Everything was well thought out professionally. The procedure went well with comfort and ease - didn’t feel any pain at all! The dentist was very skilled, knowledgeable and well versed, but also humble and caring about the needs of patients. I recently visited this practice . I was in excruciating pain! The reception team were so understanding and accommodating. I was given an emergency appointment on the same day! The dentist and the assistance were so professional and caring. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with their Covid-19 protocols and felt very safe.The practice itself is so clean! I am terrified of dentists but the Eastcote team have given me confidence and i will definitely be visiting them again! Overall i would like to give them more then 5 stars! They deserve them !!
